Long time no post!!

Wow I've totally neglected this thing, It's been awhile since I've found the time to get back to blogging....but I'm here now!!! I've been working 60 hours a week so I'm staying exhausted!! If it wasn't for my wonderful husband helping me out I don't know what I'd do!! Seems like my days are short but time doesn't stop!! So here's what has been going on with us the past few months....David's been working all the time like usual, I was pretty much a Widow during deer season since that's what consumed most of my his time! Work kicked back off for me in Nov. and I've been nonstop since then!! Christmas went great the kids got way to much as usual, Nathan also celebrated his 4th birthday....my baby is growing up on me so fast!! We are now getting things ready for Hannah's 2nd birthday!! Boy is she ever growing ....she no longer looks like a baby she's my little girl now!!! Welp that's kinda been our past few months in a nutshell.....I have to run actually do some work right now but I promise I'll be back later!!!

I sawed the addigator

Yes that is the phrase I have heard all day. We have a nice sized pond in our back yard and it joins my parents land, two summers ago we discovered an alligator in the pond. WE have informed the game wardens and they said for us to leave it be unless we feel it poses a threat. I've only seen it on the bank once. SO anyways Nathan was down at his mawmaws yesterday and they were outside doing yard work and the alligator was out on a log sunning. Nathan got super excited and that's all he's been talking about. SO the mailman came by to drop off a package and here comes Nathan and here's what he had to say :
"hello i'm nathan"
mm-"Hi nathan how are you"
" I'm fine guess what"
mm-"What?"
"I sawed the addigator down at my mawmaws"
mm-"An alligator?? WOW"
"Yep want me to go show it to you?"
That's when I cut in and said come on Nathan the mailman is busy and has lots of stops to make. Aren't toddlers so funny?? So we are going to go for a walk later and see if we can see the "addigator" and if we do we'll share pics!! Have a Blessed Day!

25 years

So my parents celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary yesterday. WOW 25years that is a long time! They have been through alot in their marriage but always stuck together through it all, I'm so proud of them. I will be throwing them an anniversary party this weekend, so I have tons to get done. I sit back and look at the life they gave me growing up and I just don't feel like I can give back to them enough. We didn't have alot of money, but my dad busted his butt all day everday to make sure we had what we needed and tried to give us what we wanted. I'm so proud they are my parents, they are the best....yes I may be biased but they are mine lol. I hope David and I are able to reach 25years, it's such an achievement to me b/c now days marriage is taken way to lightly. So, here's to you mom and dad HAPPY 25th Anniversary!!!

Nathan Ellis

Nathan,Nathan,Nathan where should I begin.....This child has an imagination out of this world and comes up with some pretty out there things. He's super smart and picks up on everything, even when you think he isn't paying you any attention. His latest goal is to become a rockstar. He wants a set of drums so I'm going to work up the nerve to buy him a set for christmas. I think he'll have some sort of musical talent, he's always been intrested in music so I won't be the one to hold him back. He's still stuck in those terrible threes so hopefully he'll outgrow those soon, because this child can throw one heck of a temper tantrum. This week I'm his best wife lol, yeah the things this child comes up with. He's excited that deer season is approaching,him and his daddy have planned themselves some hunting trips...I'm so glad because they need some one on one time!! Well off to finish laundry. My sweet sweet little Hannah Claire is really beginning to blossom into a little girl, as sad as it may make me I'm just thrilled she's finally developing a vocabulary. Hannah has finally began picking up on some words and her new fav. word is PRETTY she will go up to anyone and smile that sweet Hannah smile and say "I Pretty". I don't think it could sound any sweeter than when she says it. She also see pictures of her self and feels the need to say PRETTY, so I hope I'm not creating some little diva lol. I love this child to death, I've honestly never met a child as sweet as she can be. She loooooves hugs and kisses, she's the ultimate girly girl. Her fav. thing is shoes...yes she throws a fit over shoes rather than toys. She has almost all of her teeth now and looooves showing them off so she's always smiling. We have a cleanup song we sing at our house and I've noticed lately she likes trying to sing it, so maybe I'll have me a little helper! The Beginning of My Blog Journey!!

I've always been the one to write what I feel or think better than what I can say it, so I decided to give this blogging deal a try. I really have alot to say but sometimes don't feel many would understand where I am comming from. Being a young mother and wife it's hard to find people my age to be on the same level as I am. Most of my friends are in college, and really living life up. Don't get me wrong I'm living life to the fullest just in a different way.
